Selena was wonderful, helpful, and very attentive with a great smile! She was the first person I met and made sure I had everything I needed in a wonderful way to introduce myself to this place. She is always helpful and sweet with a smile on her face
Very clean , very comfortable. Very good area , Nokia the front desk lady has been absolutely amazing for anything I needed. I’d recommend anyone to come and stay here and you can also use Klarna to pay on payments if need be. Love this place!
Celina is amazing when I needed my card reset she was there and kind , friendly and efficient I appreciate her and the hotel if I had a Celina at every hotel I’ve stayed at i would stay there and would be happy thank u for caring and being there for ur guests at the extended stay I plan on telling everyone about my experience so they can book a vacation at the hotel
Celina work the front desk always goes above and beyond helping me and always stopping me when I have packages and mail at the front desk. She’s helped me countless times with anything that has come up spills, doors, keys, payments, WiFi, cleaning, watching my kids while I pulled my car up during a snow storm. She’s always down to earth, up beat, professional and kind! If you need anything while staying here I’d recommend asking Celina!
After the ceiling in my apartment unexpectedly collapsed, I had to find a place to stay on very short notice — and Extended Stay Avon truly came through for me during an incredibly stressful time. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, which meant everything when I was dealing with housing chaos and trying to keep my cat calm and safe. They were accommodating, understanding of my situation, and made the check-in and stay as smooth as possible. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and having a pet-friendly space was an absolute lifesaver. It felt like a safe landing spot when I really needed one. I’m incredibly grateful for how I was treated here. When life throws you a curveball, it makes all the difference to land somewhere run by people who actually care. Highly recommend — especially if you ever find yourself needing a place during an emergency.
The staff (Laura and Lindsay) at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our extended stay. The room keys aren’t real reliable. They could use some updating. The rooms were clean but could use alittle more attention to detail. As they are grossly undermanned in that area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. This hotel is in a convenient location close to shopping, airport and major attractions within a 20 minute drive. Keep up the good work ladies. Hopefully you will get the help you deserve!!
